Hasira shook her head sleepily, turning her paws toward the village entrance. She stumbled outside on tired paws, balking out something in another language. Nyasi trotted from the grass, laying down right outside the cheetah's camp. Hasira curled up against his side, closing her eyes.
Siwatu saw watched as she fell asleep, and slowly, he fell asleep as well. When he woke up, the sun was very low in the sky. Looking over at where Hasira was sleeping, he saw she wasn't there. Must've already gone in for some food he thought sleepily. He got up and started walking back into camp, his muscles stiff.

Siwatu woke up in the Healer's den with Hasira looking over them. "What happened?" he asked as he started to stand up. The pain in his side and his paw was unbearable but he fought through it.
Hasira immediately shoved him back down into his nest. "You blacked out. I told you to get those looked at earlier," She said, gesturing to his cuts.
"I was going to but we had to go back to get the prey!" Siwatu said back to her, raising his voice a little. "It's not my fault we started racing and left the antelope!" he said his voice even, but loud, while he struggled back to his feet.

Siwatu walked along the river, looking for signs of trouble. Vumbi had sent him out again after his run-in with Kamaria, another Sunning Rocks cheetah.
